Road Flaws.
My favourite bit of Sky One's "Road Wars" is when the narrator announces what sentence the baddie got. Having just seen two sterling Thames Valley officers run a mile or two and grapple a disqualified driver to the floor, the voiceover proudly claims:
"He was then HIT with a four month suspended sentence."
Likewise of the kid who having stolen his mother's car, subjected officers to a pursuit lasting well over five minutes, smashing into kerbs, skidding in all directions, driving on his rims and finally crashing, the voiceover tells us:
"He received an absolute discharge and six points on his license."
That'll teach him!
The courts, you've got to love 'em.

The narrator on that and other Police programmes is very irritating.
As for the courts I recon they are being lent on by the politicians not to give custodial sentences.
I get pissed off when you keep a prisoner overnight as you know he will offend on bail and fail to appear. Then the court give him bail with crap conditions, he either fails to appear or offends again, gets nicked and the court give the exact same conditions again.
Brain dead or what!!
